About Us

Arjun brings more than fifteen years of hands-on construction and project management experience from the United States. He built his career after earning his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and his Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.

At CHL Urja, he oversees all civil construction, campus safety systems and digital building operations, including the resident mobile app and automated utilities. His focus is on ensuring every home and common area is built to the highest structural quality and longevity.

Rajul completed his biomedical engineering degree at Drexel University and his joint MBA from HKUST and UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business before returning to Indore to join CHL Hospitals. Over the following years, he helped expand CHL from a single facility into a five-hospital network across Madhya Pradesh, overseeing healthcare technology, day-to-day hospital operations and strategic expansion.

Following the group's successful transition in 2022, he now leads 3R Futures LLP, the parent entity behind CHL Urja and related initiatives. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Let IT Count. At CHL Urja, his focus is on hands-on operations, attentive resident service and building long-term community value.
